Ingredients:- Gluten-free flour, an egg, fresh milk, melted unsalted butter, Xanthan gum, yeast.

1. Gluten-free flour:- Gluten-free flour can be almond flour, coconut flour, Brown rice flour, and many.

It is good for the patient of celiac disease.

2. An egg:- You need one egg for this recipe. An egg should be big and good.

Without eggs, your rolls become heavy and dense.

3. Fresh milk:- You can use whole fresh warm milk in your recipe because it will enhance your roll’s flavor.

Some use normal water instead of fresh milk.

4. Melted unsalted butter:- Melted butter is used as the substitute for vegetable oil.

Melted butter will increase the flavor of rolls and made your rolls golden brown, which looks amazing.

5. Xanthan gum: Xanthan gum is used in these rolls because it makes the rolls elastic enough to roll and makes delicious spiraled buns that hold the shape of buns while baking.

Step#1:-At first, dissolve the yeast in warm water or milk.

You have to use a paddle attachment on your stand mixer for this process—no need to knead it on the countertop.
Step#2:- Shape the dough with the muffin scoop.

If you don’t have the muffin scoop, spoon your dough about 1/3 and drop it onto the pan, But before dropping it directly onto the pan, first, you have to put parchment paper or a baking sheet on it.

Step#3:- After the shaping process, makes your dough’s top smooth by dipping your finger into cool water and then apply it to your dough.

Repeat this procedure if it starts sticking on your finger. This procedure will keep your dough from burning but also looks amazing.

Wow! Cinnamon rolls. I am always very excited to make cinnamon rolls and enjoy them a lot.

It is very fun to make it. My children and I consider it as a holiday meal. For making gluten-free cinnamon rolls,s you need gluten-free flour.

You can easily get it, the rest of the ingredients you will get in your pantry store.

Of course, whenever you say cinnamon rolls, it makes sense that cinnamon powder is used in this recipe.

Most people like to eat regular cinnamon rolls, but those with celiac disease can’t enjoy it. So here is the Gluten-free cinnamon roll recipe for the patient with celiac disease.

Before starting the recipe, here are the ingredients which are used in.

Ingredients:- Gluten-free flour, Cinnamon powder, Xanthan gum, fresh milk, Melted butter, active dry yeast, baking powder, an egg, sugar, and condensed milk.

Your yeast and baking powder should be fresh; otherwise, your cinnamon

Recipe:- Melt your butter or vegan butter in the microwave slightly, and then add milk and sugar in it and heat it for just about 40- 50 seconds.

Add dry yeast in the warm milk and melted butter approximately for 8-10 minutes, or let your mixture become a bit foamy.

If your yeast mixture doesn’t become foamy, it means that the yeast which you have used in it is old or the mixture of milk was too hot.

Whisk an egg, add to the mixture and add sugar also to it.

In a separate bowl, take the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients.

Start stirring that all the ingredients combine and form a sticky dough. But make sure no lumps are left. The dough should be the same as cookies dough but not too sticky.

Clean the sides of the bowl with the help of the scraper and keep the bowl in a warm place for at least 1 hour, which will help your dough rise to double size.

Once your dough is doubled, removed it from the bowl and put it on the countertop before putting the dough on the parchment sheet with the nonstick spray on it.

Greased your hand with the oil and shape your dough into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Be careful. Please don’t make it thinner than 1/4 inch.

Don’t use your hands instead of parchment paper. Use the sharp knife to slice the log confidently. Cut the log into half of half and then into the quarter.

Like this, you will make 12 pieces.

Carefully transfer the rolls into the pie pan with the nonstick spray.

Be gentle while transferring it into a pie pan because it will become softer than the traditional cinnamon rolls.

While transferring, if your dough gets miss to happen, don’t worry, They will puff up again in the second rise.

Place your pie pan at the same warm place to get their second rise. It will take 30-40- minutes approximately to rise.

Now preheat your oven and put your gluten-free cinnamon rolls in it for about 15-20 minutes or until it will become golden brown.

Please remove it from the oven and let it to be cool for 15 minutes.

Now mix all the dry ingredients in a big bowl of a stand mixer and add the yeast mixture plus the scrambled egg.

Mix all the ingredients until they combine and form a sticky dough.

Use a scraper to clean the bowl, cover it with an airtight lid and keep it in a warm place where your dough will rise double in size.

Leave your dough for at least 30-45 minutes.
